AGNT/01 serves the Greater Toronto Area remotely, founder-led from Ottawa. We build the receptionist, follow-up and reputation systems that turn GTA small businesses into AI-native operations, from the Downtown Core to Mississauga, Brampton to Markham.
The audit puts a dollar figure on each leak for your business.
Starter and Foundation typically take 2 weeks from kickoff, Growth 3. Typical timeline, confirmed in your agreement. T&C apply.
Seven verticals we build for most often. If yours isn't listed, the same three systems still apply, ask on the call.
Bookings, review requests and recall campaigns for the regulars who haven't come back in sixty days.
Emergency calls triaged after hours, and quotes chased until they book, decline or opt out.
Recall reminders for overdue cleanings and reactivation sequences for patients who've gone quiet.
Instagram DM booking, treatment-menu Q&A, and a rebooking rhythm set to the interval each service needs.
Storm-surge capture, the week after a hailstorm when every homeowner on the same three streets calls at once.
Intake built for the master-electrician premium, qualifying panel upgrades and EV chargers from routine service calls.
Intake automation and conflict-check triage so a qualified matter doesn't sit in a shared inbox overnight.
Remote-first for Toronto, the build, the audit and the support happen the same way regardless of which side of the 401 you're on.

Verified figures from Statistics Canada for the Toronto census metropolitan area.
Statistics Canada's Canadian Business Counts for June 2026 list 262,535 business locations with employees in the Toronto census metropolitan area, which takes in Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan and Markham as well as the city. Of those, 168,050 have one to four employees and about 79% have fewer than ten. The City of Toronto alone accounts for 109,280.
| Toronto CMA, June 2026 | Locations with employees |
|---|---|
| All industries | 262,535 |
| Fewer than 10 employees | 207,247 |
| Ambulatory health care (dental, clinics, physio) | 22,322 |
| Restaurants and other eating places | 13,987 |
| Legal services | 6,179 |
Nationally, Statistics Canada's second-quarter 2026 survey found 19.2% of businesses used AI to produce goods or deliver services in the previous year, and 21.0% of urban businesses. Virtual agents and chatbots were used by 28.2% of the businesses already using AI. So even among city businesses, roughly four in five are not yet running AI in their daily operations.
Business counts are by location, exclude businesses with no employees, and Statistics Canada advises against reading them as a time series. Sources: Statistics Canada table 33-10-1176-01 (released August 14, 2026) and Analysis in Brief 11-621-M, June 11, 2026.
We'd rather tell you up front than have you find out on the first call.
AGNT/01 is headquartered in Ottawa and founder-led by Aniket Gandhi. We don't have a Toronto office and won't pretend to. GTA clients work with us remotely, and for this kind of project that rarely slows anything down: the systems live in your phone line, calendar and Google profile, not in a room.
This is how our live HVAC deployment, PanCanAir in Brampton, was delivered: built from Ottawa, running in Peel Region. If a local office matters more to you than published prices and a fixed timeline, that's a fair reason to choose someone else.
Every step is written down before you pay.
Not sure what you'd be buying? What an AI employee is explains it in plain terms, and our guide on how to choose an AI automation agency in Canada covers the questions to ask any Toronto agency before you sign.
The same published prices in Toronto as in Ottawa. No GTA premium.
| Plan | Build | Monthly | Typical time to live |

| Growth | $3,999 | $1,997/mo | About 3 weeks |

Prices in USD; Canadian clients can be quoted in CAD and your proposal or invoice governs. Month to month after the build. Timelines are typical and confirmed in your agreement, T&C apply.
Single pieces, like a Google Business Profile build or a review system, are sold on their own in the flat-fee toolkit. We also serve Ottawa (our home base), Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. For reviews, the playbook in how to get more Google reviews works the same in the GTA, and the Google Business Profile guide for Canada covers the profile itself.
