This policy applies unless your signed agreement says otherwise. If it does, the agreement wins.

• Free discovery call, audit and website roast: free, so there is nothing to refund.
• Build fees before kickoff: we refund your deposit, less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
• Build fees after kickoff: fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Anything else is handled as set out in your signed agreement.
• After go-live: build fees are not refundable. Once paid in full, you keep the deliverables described in your agreement.
• Monthly fees: month to month. Cancel with 30 days' written notice by email. The notice month is payable and partial months are not pro-rated.
• One-time services (for example, Roast Fix): cancel for a full refund before work starts. Once work has begun, the fee is non-refundable.

Concerned about a charge? Email info@agntone.ca first. Anything we can't resolve together follows the dispute clause in our Terms.

• Strictly necessary: keep the site secure and working. They can't be switched off here.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measure aggregate usage so we can improve the site.
• Booking: the booking pop-up loads Calendly, which may set its own cookies under its own policy.

We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site. Opt out of Google Analytics with the official browser add-on, and manage Microsoft data in the Microsoft privacy centre.

Support is provided during business hours, Monday to Friday, Eastern Time, on a best-effort basis. Specific response times, uptime commitments or escalation paths apply only if they are written into your signed agreement.

We announce planned maintenance in advance where we can. Hosted systems depend on third-party providers (hosting, telephony, messaging, calendars and AI models), and their outages are outside our control. We do not offer an uptime guarantee unless your signed agreement includes one.

• AI outputs can be wrong. You review and approve anything that goes to your customers.
• Nothing on this site is legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
• Calculators, blog examples, case studies and concept builds are illustrative. They are not promises of results.
• We do not guarantee rankings, calls, leads, reviews, revenue or savings.

Concept and demo builds shown on this site are unsolicited design explorations. They are not client work unless labelled "Live client". Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied. To request a takedown, email info@agntone.ca and we will act promptly.

• The newsletter is opt-in only. We never add an address without an affirmative sign-up.
• Every commercial email identifies AGNT/01 and Aniket Gandhi, with a working way to contact us and to unsubscribe. Unsubscribes are honoured within the legal window.
• Business outreach goes only to addresses a business publishes, and only about that business.
• Replies, form submissions and booked calls are treated as direct requests, not marketing sends.

We collect the minimum needed to run this site and deliver client work, we do not sell personal information, and you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Full detail, including the services that process data for us, is in the Privacy Policy.

Every change gets a new version number and effective date. The previous text stays published at its archive address, with a SHA-256 fingerprint of the original file, so anyone can verify exactly what applied on a given date.

What changed in Terms 2.2 (2026-10-02):

• Published build prices for new engagements: Starter $799, Growth $3,999, Enterprise from $10,999. Foundation stays at $1,999. Monthly fees are unchanged.
• Signed proposals keep their agreed prices. Nothing else in the Terms changed.

What changed in Terms 2.1 (2026-10-01):

• Published build prices for new engagements: Foundation $1,999, Growth $3,997, Enterprise from $10,997. Monthly fees are unchanged.
• Signed proposals keep their agreed prices. Nothing else in the Terms changed.

What changed in 2.0:

• Removed delivery guarantees and fee waivers. Timelines are now stated as targets, in weeks.
• Pricing updated to the tiers current at the time, including Enterprise from $12,497, with a currency clause (USD, CAD on request).
• Added AI, results, concept and trademark disclaimers, client compliance duties, indemnity and version records.
